Britannia Zinc provides
first class services and after sales support for all customers.
This is carried out at our laboratories at Avonmouth, making
use of advanced techniques and equipment.
Prompt
Analytical services:
Routine bath samples or one-off special samples are reported
by fax within a few hours of receipt. Signed certificates
of analysis are sent out on the same day by post. Other samples
can be analysed promptly by pre-arrangement, including powders
and liquids.
Plant side trouble shooting and environmental help:
Investigation of process problems on customer's site; environmental
monitoring and advice using BZL experts.
Advice
on bath chemistry (including use of Technigalva):
Laboratory facilities to evaluate optimum nickel levels. Capability
to identify and comment on effects of bath impurity levels
e.g. Aluminium.
